Ricky Bloxsom is a brand and digital designer with more than 10 years of industry experience having launched digital, physical, print, packaging, experiential, and interactive projects for non-profits, tech, media, construction, hospitality, and wellness companies, brand, digital, and ad agencies, for global, national, and local companies.
His process is based around the idea that "there are no stupid questions". Being willing to challenge preconceptions and question the obvious with humility leads to a holistic and fundamental understanding of relevant challenges and creates options that may have previously been considered off limits.
He brings humility, curiosity, and a pursuit of excellence when working as a team member or leader. Creating an environment that promotes collaboration and exploration to elevate the standard of work for all.
